30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are issued by sharematrX back to the original payment method through our payment processor, PayFast. To request a refund, contact us at support@sharematrx.com with your order email or payment reference and we will arrange it.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. A renewal charge can be refunded within the same 30-day window.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
