We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us at support@sharematrx.com and we will help arrange it.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. A renewal charge can be refunded within the same 30-day window. Refund and cancellation mechanics are handled under the Paddle Refund Policy.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
